A.B.Everett is Stricken Sunday Dies After Two Weeks Illness From Diabetes and Carbuncle Augusta Belmont Everett, 49,died at 3:45 o'clock Sunday Afternoon at 218 Vance Street after an illness of about two weeks. Everett's death was caused by diabetes and a carbuncle on his neck. The deceased was born in Wayne township, Montgomery Co., IN. on June 5, 1880, the son of Jonathan and Eliza Simms Everett. He was married to Laverne Grimes,who preceded him in death on May 8,1922.Everett was a member of Robert's Chapel M.E. Church, where he had lived for practically all his life as a farmer. The stricken man is survived by seven children, Herman, Georgia,Mary Sylvia, Jonathan,Evelyn,Mildred,and Charles, four grandchildren, and two brothers, Bert residing near Crawforsville, and Harry of Indianapolis. Funeral Services will be held at the Trinity M.E. Church of Crawfordsville on Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Rodgers, pastor of Robert's Chapel will be in charge.Burial will be made in Oak Hill Cemetery beside the body of Everett's wife. kbz
